The Mental Health Week promotes social and emotional well-being to the community, encouraging people to maximize their health potential, enhancing the coping capacity of communities, families, individuals and increasing mental health recovery.

Throughout the week different activities for doctors and patients are organized. The activities included are.Professionals from various areas of mental health attended the ADDA meeting. Key issues like school counselling, inclusion, understanding learning disability and its diagnosis, observing professional role boundaries are discussed. The professionals share their views and experiences. Various problems, cases are also discussed and an attempt to find a solution is made.
